I am dealing with the sicklies today. It seems to be going around this house and I'm not entirely sure when it will be over. I'm hoping soon. Miss Thang (4 yrs.) had it a couple of times with the vomiting. She then gave it to Diva-In-Training (22 mo.)who didn't vomit, but was just fussy with a runny nose, coughing, and sneezing. Then they in turn gave it to Daddy and the Antsy Pants (7 yrs.) and they vomited and was tired. Now Miss Baby Girl (10 weeks) has it and she had a low grade fever yesterday and is crying right now. She doesn't know what she wants other than to be held. Poor thing. I can't get anything done with me holding her.
I need to get the rest of the laundry out of the washer and dryer. Get it folded, hung up, and put away. There is a sink full of dishes from last night's dinner that need a run through the dishwasher. Just the usual dailies that need to be done. I tend to get a little flustered when I can't get anything done. I know it's not her fault or mine if nothing gets done. I haven't been taking very good care of our home in the past and I fear that if I let go, even for a day with sick children afoot, that I will slip into past behaviors.
I would like to know something else. Why is it when I look at my post in the "Preview" option, it is nothing like in the Compose box? I have my paragraphs spaced how I like them, but when I click on preview, there are no spaces between some of the paragraphs. Is that not weird and frustrating or what?

It's Your Time by Joel Osteen. I bought this book last week and I'm loving it! This is a must read. The print below the title states: Activate Your Faith, Achieve Your Dreams, and Increase in God's Favor.

Now doesn't that sound like something we all want in our lives? this book speaks to me. I have never been a fan of Joel Osteen on TV. I haven't read any of his other books. But this book speaks directly to my soul. I believe that I was meant to read this one. I may even try to watch him on TV again soon.

I tend to be a little pessimistic of TV evangelists. I'm just on a different part of my walk or my path than everyone else and that's okay. This is where I'm suppose to be. And you all are exactly where you are suppose to be.
Part One: It's Time to Believe (Amen!)
  1. You're Closer Than You Think!
  2. It's Your Time
  3. Seizing Your God-Given Opportunities
  4. New Seasons of Increase
  5. You are Your Father's Child
Psalm 84:11 says no good thing will God withhold to those who walk uprightly. God will not withhold wisdom, creativity, good breaks, the right connections, strength, joy, or victory. (Excerpt from book page xi.)
